RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE TUNE INTO CFB TV CONTEST
Community First Bank is launching
Tune into CFB contest beginning Monday, July 14, 2008 and ending August 31, 2008. The prize will be awarded by way of random draw, as per the rules set forth below.
To enter, each individual must register at the Hoffer Street Branch at 1308 East Hoffer Street Kokomo, IN 46902 during the contest period.
Entries will only be accepted at our Hoffer Street Branch. Participants may only enter the contest one (1) time over the duration of the contest. No purchase necessary. Some restrictions may apply.
The prize available to be won are:
- 32” LCD HD Flat Screen TV
- 42” LCD HD Flat Screen TV
- 50” Plazma
Approximate retail value of the prizes range from $799 to $1,299.
Date of Draw
The winner’s names will be selected on or before September 1, 2008 at Community First Bank located at
1308 East Hoffer Street, Kokomo, Indiana 46902. Winner does not need to be present to claim their prize, but will have 72 hours to claim their prize, or forfeit the TV. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
Winners will receive their prize by visiting Community First Bank at the above address. Prizes must be accepted as offered with no substitutions. They can neither be transferred nor traded in for a total or partial cash value. The prize descriptions in the present document supersede all other prize descriptions.
The contest organizers reserve the right to substitute a prize which is, in their sole opinion, of equal or greater value, in the event that any prize (or any part thereof) becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever, or to cancel this promotion without notice. The organizers' decisions are final and are enforceable with regard to any matter related to this contest. Only the selected participants will be notified. The name of winners will be published on the Community First Bank web site (
http://cfb-kokomo.com) and/or any other advertising method the bank sees fit.
In the event that an entrant whose entry is drawn is not eligible, the Contest sponsors/independent judging organization shall have the right to redraw another entry until the Prize is awarded.
This contest is open to all residents of the United States who have reached the age of eighteen, with the exception of employees or officers from Community First Bank, their affiliated companies or subsidiaries, representatives and agents of the companies, and members of the immediate family residing with any of the aforementioned. Limit of one prize per family.
By entering the contest, the winners authorize Community First Bank to include their name in a report that may be consulted by any interested parties, in compliance with rules governing such contests.
Prior to being declared a winner, selected participants will be required to sign a declaration of compliance with the contest rules. Failure to adhere with the said rules will immediately render a prize null and void without notice. By accepting their prize, the winner agrees to have his/her name, voice, any declaration relative to the prize, their place of residence, photographs or other forms of representation used for advertising purposes without requesting additional financial compensation in return.
This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
