THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS VALID IN THE 50 UNITED STATES ONLY,. VOID ELSEWHERE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL RESIDENT OF AND CURRENTLY RESIDING IN THE 50 UNITED STATES. THIS SWEEPSTAKES WILL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO U.S. LAW. 1. HOW TO PLAY: Sweepstakes begins June 1, 2007 at 12:00:01 A.M. local time and ends June, 30, 2007 at 11:59:59 P.M. local time (the "Promotion Period"). To participate in the Sweepstakes, each individual must open a new deposit account or close on a retail loan at Community First Bank of Howard County, Inc., during the contest period. No purchase necessary. Some restrictions may apply.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older except employees of Community First Bank and members of the immediate families or households of any of the above. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. DRAWINGS: Winners will be determined in a random drawing, conducted in Kokomo, Indiana, on or about June 18, 2007 and July 2, 2007 by Community First Bank of Howard County, representative, whose decision is final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize depend on total number of eligible entries received for each prize drawing.

4. PRIZE NOTIFICATION/WINNER VERIFICATION: Winners will be notified by phone, postal mail and/or e-mail and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release within seventy-two hours of date of prize notification, or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If a prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable or appropriate affidavits and releases are not received within the prescribed period stated for each above, or if a winner is deemed ineligible for any reason, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Any alternate winner(s) selected will be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. By accepting prizes, winners (or their parents or legal guardians) consent to the use of winners' names, photographs and/or likenesses for advertising/publicity or trade purposes in commerce and in all media worldwide without limitation or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Prizes are non-transferable. No prize substitution or cash equivalent allowed except as provided herein. Sponsor reserves right to award a prize of equal or greater value should featured prize become unavailable prior to scheduled delivery. All income taxes on prizes (for residents of the 50 United States) and all taxes, including but not limited to income taxes and excise tax are the responsibility of the winners, as applicable. Winners will be issued IRS Forms 1099 reflecting the value of their prizes.

5. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"): Approximate retail value of the prize is $250.00.

6. By accepting prizes, winners (or their parents or legal guardians) agree to release Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind incurred with respect to participation in this promotion, the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities, including but not limited to travel related thereto.

7. Sponsor not responsible for: (I) entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, misdirected, or not received by the Sponsor or its agents for any reason, (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries, or for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, (iii) any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules. All incomplete or non-conforming entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is further not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of the entries. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes and in such case to randomly award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such suspension or cancellation.

8. CAUTION. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH PERSON AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM HIM/HER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

For the names of the winners mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Community First Bank of Howard County, Inc. 201 W. Sycamore Street, Kokomo, Indiana 46901 no later than 6/30/2007.
